We are looking for a Data Entry Administrator.
Job Title: Data Entry Administrator
Location: Mulhuddart, Dublin 15
Duration: 6 months contract with possible extension
Pay Rate: €20/hour on PAYE

Reports to: Associate Director, Occupational Health, EU
Job Summary:
Client is looking for a full time Data Entry Administrator to support with the digitisation of medical records within the Occupational Health Department and the archival of quality documents.
This role requires strong attention to detail, a strong technical capability, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will ensure that all data is entered in a timely and accurate manner, contributing to the smooth operation of the healthcare facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter employee medical information into the electronic system.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of employee information in compliance with client policy, GDPR and other relevant regulations.
Organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines for data entry tasks.
Collaborate with the Occupational Health team to ensure complete and accurate documentation.
Monitor and review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Address and resolve any data entry errors or inconsistencies promptly.
Documentation archival and documentation update and maintenance (doc control admin work)
Support other administrative tasks within the healthcare facility as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year's admin experience ideally in a medical setting but not essential
Experience with Microsoft application
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
Good organisation and communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Available to start immediately
Fluent written and spoken English
Work Environment:
The role is fully office-based, no remote work.
Client operates a flexible working policy, this role will be eligible for this, but flexibility will depend on the tasks and deadlines for this role.
