Okta Operations Lead
What are we looking for in our Okta Operations Lead?
Job Title: Okta Operations Lead
Location: San Francisco, CA (94105)
Work Mode: Hybrid - 4 days Onsite/Remote – 1 Day
Pay Range: $75/hr-$85/hr on W2, depending upon experience
Duration: 8 months (Possible extension)
Job Description:
Duties: Project Manage and Implement client SSO
- Work with Relationship Management to coordinate meetings with client.
- Work with client technical teams to plan data exchange and testing
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise from setup Okta Change Managment
- Manage any upgrades to Okta widget
- Keep track of Okta changes and escalate decisions on new features when needed
- Track and update settings changes
- Update expired certificates
Other onboarding
- Onboard clients to Snowflake by running scripts
- Ad-hoc creation of Okta applications and authorization servers General Support
- Act as 1st level SME and triage support tickets for engineering team
- Work on support tickets as available during business hours - no on-call expected
- Suggest enhancements to automation and/support processes
- Support Legacy SSO issues & generic Maintenance ( coordinated cert ( SP and IDP) updates for clients live on legacy SSO )
Skills: Expertise with Okta Administration
- Expertise with SSO / SAML2 / OIDC / OAUTH
- Strong Problem Solving
- Project Management skills a plus
