Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee our construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive field experience with ground up or renovation: retail, K12, higher education or big box with a value of over $20M+.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure project plans and schedules are followed.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules and resources as needed.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specifications.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection reports.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Order and manage construction materials and equipment.
• Ensure all work is completed within the project budget and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a superintendent role running projects that are over $20M
