What are we looking for in our Non-IT Project Manager?

Russell Tobin's client is hiring a Project Manager in Fargo, ND

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Hybrid (3 days in the office) Fargo, ND 3357

Pay rate: $50/hr

Responsibilities:

• Execute framework for due diligence and integration efforts
• Drive timely implementation of Integration Project Plans with emphasis on Policy and regulatory program integration
• Proactively communicate potential or confirmed risks with fact-based support
• Maintain project documentation, updating regularly to include lessons learned
• Provide ongoing communication to management and stakeholder groups

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Build and maintain reporting (Excel)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across a broad audience of varying levels
• Strong organization and project management skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Preferred Requirements:

• Bank industry background
• Banking regulation or policy exposure
