• Contract: W2, 4.5 months (Leave Coverage)
• Location: Long Island City, NY (Hybrid schedule)
• Pay Range: $45 - $50/hour (based on DOE)

Brief Summary:

The Manager, Indirect Procurement will oversee Corporate Professional Services procurement for three categories: Total Talent Spend (Staff Augmentation), Travel, and General Corporate Services. This role will be responsible for managing RFPs, vendor relationships, and negotiations. A strong focus on indirect procurement and specialization in one of the three categories is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement for Total Talent Spend, Travel, and General Corporate Services
• Conduct RFPs and manage vendor relationships
• Lead negotiations and contract management
• Collaborate with Senior Manager and Analyst on procurement strategy
• Provide detailed reports to the Executive Director and VP

Requirements:

• 5+ Years of experience
• Experience in Indirect Procurement with specialization in Staff Augmentation, Travel, or Corporate Services
• Self-starter with experience managing RFPs and vendor negotiations
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
