Contract: Contract, Through- Oct 31, 2024

Location: San Francisco, CA 94103, United States, HYBRID

Pay Range: $65-77/hour Based on YOE

Summary: Lead a matrixed and globally distributed scaled media production operation involving numerous concurrent production workflows outputting multifaceted assets for numerous parts of the business. Oversee a team responsible for the creation and execution of professional photography and videography shoots, including retouching / editing, as well as the quality of media delivered.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a matrixed and globally distributed scaled media production operation.
• Oversee a team responsible for professional photography and videography shoots.
• Ensure quality output of media meets or exceeds creative briefs and/or benchmarks.
• Partner with leaders across the company to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and speedy media delivery.
• Manage the network of freelance photographers to meet program demand.
• Manage satisfaction levels from cross-functional partners.
• Manage relationships with partners and third-party vendors.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in scaled media production operation and creative teams, ideally within a tech company.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a global team.
• Experience making operational and production contributions at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Strong financial background and ability to show return on investment.
• Experience developing and optimizing systems, tools, processes, and workflows.
• Experience working with global creative teams.
