Contract Operations Analyst
What are we looking for in our Contract Operations Analyst?
Our client, a leading global technology company based in Lehi, UT, is seeking a Contract Operations Analyst on a hybrid basis.
Location: Lehi, UT 84043
Pay rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE
Contract - W2 Non-Exempt
Summary:
The Contract Operations team is responsible for the processing of all Client’s revenue-generating contracts from receipt to system filing as well as creating and maintaining customer master records within the Client’s systems.
This role relies heavily on the candidate’s ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once while maintaining an exceptionally high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. The role involves dealing with many different internal Client departments and is a critical element of the Client’s quote-to cash process.
The team’s main focus is providing worldwide support for customer master creation and maintenance.
Duties
- Acquire and maintain a solid understanding of the complete contract process.
- Learn and adhere to company-related procedures and processes.
- Manage the processing of incoming revenue-generating contracts in accordance with established procedures.
- Set up and maintain customer records within systems per established procedures.
- Handle incoming queries.
- Status reporting.
- Work as part of a distributed team to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Quarter-end activity.
- Business Continuity participation.
- System testing.
- Project participation.
- Work with internal teams including Sales, Legal, Credit, and Order Management.
- What you need to succeed
Requirement
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- A familiarization with SAP, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A general knowledge of the contract process at commercial level.
- An ability to multi-task, prioritize and work to a very high level of accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
