What are we looking for in our Senior C# .NET Developer?

Senior C# .NET Developer - London - 6 months Contract - £550 - £600 per Day (Umbrella)

Job Purpose

• Provide IT development for and delivery to the Commodities business
• Extend IT system functionality for Commodity OTC Products in the Pricing & Trading systems
• Developing C# .NET applications using latest frameworks
• Assist 1st and 2nd line supporting problem resolution.
• Work closely with existing development team, which are based in the UK and Bulgaria
• Work with other team members to deliver business value via Sprints.
• Develop full-stack solutions - user interface, business logic, services, and data layer.
• Interact directly with the front office when required.

• Solid experience of C# development utilizing the standard Microsoft stack (.Net Framework & .Net Core, WPF, WinForms, WCF, Entity Framework, SQL Server).
• Experience in Git, Bitbucket, React, SignalR, RabbitMQ, and Kafka is a distinct advantage.
• Able to work in a team and exchange and discuss complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Banking experience is an advantage, especially around commodities.
• Good communication skills, both written & spoken.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and independent person.
• Knowledge and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Hybrid working model so should be comfortable having regular contact via video calls as well as in person.
