Customer Service Specialist

What are we looking for in our Customer Service Specialist?

Our client, multinational e-commerce technology company, is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support their scheduling and device install team.

Pay: $21.00 to $23.63 per hour based upon experience

Location: Remote and local to Las Vegas, NV

Duration:  3-month contract

Responsibilities:

Daily customer support to conduct third party verifications

Completing and compiling files in Excel

Reviewing and sending reporting

Basic Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

1+ years' experience in a call center environment 

Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet proficiency

Confidence in working with upper-level management

Professional communication skills

Success in customer obsession, learning fast, problem-solving, and teamwork
