Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Claims Processor for one of our global retail eyewear clients in Mason, OH. Apply TODAY for immediate consideration.

Job Title: Claims Processor

Pay: $16.00-$17.50/hour (based upon experience)

Duration: 2-month contract with Extension

Schedule: Monday – Friday // 40hrs/week (8am-5pm)

Location: ONSITE - MASON, OH

As the Claims Processor, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate completion of key tasks supporting the successful implementation of new Small Business Clients with and/or on behalf of a team of Implementation Specialists.

Responsibilities:

• Execute preliminary steps to build a new client structure for implementation requests routed through the shared Salesforce queue, adhering to standard client set-up guidelines and processes.
• Initiate and accurately track all completed tasks using our proprietary Salesforce Implementation Tracker Project Management tool.
• Validate benefit set-up in the core Facets system and communicate any discrepancies with expected outcomes to implementation owners.
• Execute new client online portal access set-up, including sending appropriate communication email templates, tracking status, and reporting any identified issues.
• Monitor the teams shared Outlook mailbox for incoming membership documents sent from clients, brokers, or Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
• Review incoming membership documents (Microsoft Excel and Word) to confirm accuracy in formatting and data validity; communicate updates needed for successful membership enrollment and/or submission for processing.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to learn and adopt new processes quickly and with ease.
• Accustomed to working in a high-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Medium to advanced level of expertise with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient with Outlook.
• Familiarity with Cloud-based applications (e.g., OneDrive).
• Ability to multitask and perform duties using multiple sources or systems; Data Entry experience preferred.
• Ability to clearly articulate findings, issues, or concerns requiring resolution.
