What are we looking for in our Integrated Marketing Coordinator?

A mass media conglomerate is looking to hire a contract Integrated Marketing Coordinator!

Contract: 9 Month Contract

Location: Glendale, CA

Pay: $20-34/ hourly - Depending on Experience

The Integrated Marketing Coordinator will work closely with all members of the team to drive acquisition and retention. Daily tasks will vary from supporting marketing and partnership initiatives, maintaining performance trackers and marketing calendars, and actively participating in meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management of Marketing calendar and meeting facilitation
• Coordinating the creation of marketing assets for various campaigns, working with Marketing, Editorial, Social, and Graphics teams
• Trafficking assets, managing spreadsheets and tracking all aspects of  promotional campaigns
• Preparing Keynote campaign recap presentations that include performance metrics, key learnings & actionable recommendations and, presenting these to the leadership team
• Writing and proofreading copy for website posts, emails, and other marketing initiatives
• Supporting the synergy lead on all cross-promotional opportunities with internal partners
• Contributing ideas for content to be used with digital and associated social media channels
• Assisting with other marketing responsibilities as needed by members of the Marketing team

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 Years Marketing exp
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrate analytic skills with strong proficiency in Excel
• Experienced with presentation software and have working knowledge of PowerPoint, Keynote
• Excellent note-taking skills, within meetings, to find the key points of the conversation and capture after-action responsibilities.
• Well-developed writing and grammatical skills; including copywriting and proofreading ability
• Previous experience working on website and digital marketing projects; relationship management and integration; and posting and writing in the voice/tone of an organization
• Proven campaign and event planning experience
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS
• Degree Required- Marketing or Communications related
