Russell Tobin proudly collaborates with a leading global biologics manufacturer dedicated to improving patient health and staff well-being. Recognized as one of Ireland's premier workplaces, our collaborator drives meaningful change in daily operations. We're currently seeking to recruit a temporary Senior Manager for our Project Management Office (PMO) on a 6-month fixed-term contract/secondment opportunity. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting the management of PMO and digital implementation for the campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure and manage effective business governance processes to support day-to-day business performance.
- Communicate site strategy, objectives, and key projects across the organization.
- Align processes with Global Planning and Supply (GPS) PMO standards and integrate them with other relevant site and GPS business processes.
- Develop detailed plans for executing the PMO portfolio, including program prioritization, resource allocation, and milestone setting.
- Lead program governance and reporting to key stakeholders, Leadership teams, and the GPS PMO team.
- Oversee the realization and capture of benefits from programs/projects.
- Facilitate cross-site, cross-functional interactions and provide support between sites and HQ functions.
- Lead conflict resolution and issue remediation at portfolio and program team levels.
- Provide mentoring and coaching to Program Sponsors, Managers, and Lead End Users.
- Manage Program/Project lessons learned processes and continuously improve the PMO.
- Lead strategically important initiatives, assuming the role of Program Manager.
Professional Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Engineering, or Business Administration is required.
- Qualification in project and program management is required.
- Extensive leadership experience in project/program management.
- Extensive experience working within the Biopharma/Pharma manufacturing and supply environment.
- Proven decision-making ability, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functionally.
