Sr. UX Researcher

What are we looking for in our Sr. UX Researcher?

The Information Technology team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a top social media organization that has an opening for a remote Sr. UX Researcher.

100% Remote/ Menlo Park, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm PST
Pay Rate Range: $70 - $80/hour W2, based on experience
Duration: 9+ months contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with researchers, designers, PMs & engineers to identify, define and deliver meaningful product experiences
  • Collaboratively develop and execute research roadmaps
  • Lead various research studies throughout all phases of the product development cycle
  • Contribute to product strategy
  • Manage research vendors to help augment the work of the research team

    Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviewing, usability testing, survey design, and data analysis
  • Quantitative Research experience is a must have skill
  • Experience working successfully with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex research findings into actionable insights and recommendations

    Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Information Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in UX research
