What are we looking for in our Operations Manager?

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking an Operations Manager, 15 Months Contract role for one of our Fortune 500 clients, at San Francisco, CA (Remote). Apply today for immediate consideration.

Hourly Pay: $33 to $37 W2

Location: San Francisco, CA (Remote)

Duration: 15 Months Contract until Dec 2025

Description:

  • Optimize operations: Provide recommendations to reduce onboarding SLA, improve operational rigor, and optimize accountability between Market Managers and Client.
  • Operations management: Adopt a data-driven approach to ops workflows and systems enhancements.
  • Reporting: Drive weekly reporting on New Active Listings, onboarding SLA, churn and reactivations. Identify opportunities to combine supply and quality reporting for Luxe leadership.
  • Content accuracy: Collaborate with Host Comms to deliver campaigns asking Hosts to attest the accuracy of their listings.
  • Ops tooling: Work in step with Scaled Ops on dedicated ops tooling intake and roll-outs. Document expected product changes and progress to date, update operational processes and develop training materials.
  • Product migration: Serve as a change agent by designing and implementing change management strategies and deliver training sessions that facilitate the smooth adoption of new processes and tools across Luxe Host Operations.
  • Stakeholder management: Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners across Market Managers, Product, Tooling, BizTech and Client.
  • Partner management: Monitor daily and weekly reports and escalate edge cases to team lead and Senior Specialist.
  • Productivity reporting: Drive weekly reporting on partner team’s productivity on onboarding and content accuracy clean-ups.

Skills:   

  • 5+ years of operations management experience, with an emphasis on supply processing best practices & methodologies.
  • Extraordinary project management skills and demonstrated experience leading complex, global programs and processes.
  • Deep knowledge and experience using collaborative project management tools, processes, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, G Suite etc).
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills with strong executive presence that will enable you to earn trust at all levels.
  • Skilled in packaging and presenting complex analysis and recommendations clearly (Google Slides, Google Sheets and SQL).
  • Ability to apply systems thinking to problem solving (e.g., Connecting a single problem to broader programs and tooling requirements).
  • Experience building data interfaces in Salesforce and/or Airtable to streamline reporting, tracking and operational efficiencies.
  • Background in enablement functions like training and change management.

Education:

  • BA/BS degree; Experience working in a high-growth early-stage environment preferred.
