Job Title: Inventory Admin 
Location: Maplewood, MN
Pay Range: $16 - $18 per hour
Hours: Approx 8am - 5pm
Contract Duration: 12 months (W2)

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage R&D shipping needs and SAP-related activities in the HICW lab. This role involves coordinating shipments, handling invoices and purchase orders, and maintaining lab supplies and PPE inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

R&D Shipping:

• Coordinate and manage R&D shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including labels and customs forms.
• Collaborate with teams and vendors for proper packaging and compliance.
• Track shipments and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate shipment records.

SAP Administration:

• Process invoices and manage purchase orders (POs).
• Report project time accurately.
• Generate reports and perform data analysis.
• Maintain SAP data integrity.
• Train lab personnel on SAP processes.

Lab Supplies and Inventory Management:

• Maintain lab stock and PPE inventory.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP and/or shipping materials.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in basic O365 products such as Word and Excel.
