Procurement Project Coordinator
What are we looking for in our Procurement Project Coordinator?
Job Title: Procurement Project Coordinator
Pay Rate: $30-33/hr, DOE
Location: Hybrid role (preference for MSP area), open to fully remote
Job Summary:
The Procurement Project Coordinator will work closely with external vendors and internal teams across Enterprise Supply Chain, Division R&D, Division Product Leads, and Legal. The role involves organizing, reporting, and managing product data to ensure regulatory compliance and provide leadership with regular status updates.
Primary Responsibilities:

Vendor & Internal Teams Communication:
- Request, gather, and organize purchased product specifications
- Follow-up with stakeholders for timely and adequate responses
- Conduct initial review of data to ensure completeness
- Track and share project progress with leadership
- Communicate any concerns, roadblocks, and risks identified

Data Management/Documentation:
- Update tracking tools with key metrics on progress, gaps, and risks
- Ensure data is stored correctly and organized by division, plant, vendor, or product
- Collaborate with the project team to integrate existing data into internal systems and tools
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, ideally with a background in Project Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a similar field
- Basic understanding of product and/or supply chain EHS/ESG with at least 1 year of experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with online databases (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented, highly productive, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Flexibility and willingness to learn, as this position will likely support multiple related activities
