Project Manager / Business Analyst - Ops Privacy & Risk (Project Manager II)
What are we looking for in our Project Manager / Business Analyst - Ops Privacy & Risk (Project Manager II)?
The Information Technology team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a top technology organization that has an opening for a PM – BA – Ops Privacy & Risk.
12 Months Contract
$60 – 75 /hr. W2 - Depending on Experience
Location – Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid once a week)
Key Responsibilities
- Project manager: end-to-end project management for small/medium-sized highly cross-functional initiatives
- Project contributor: document functional requirements, test new system functionalities, create end-user documentation, etc.
- Ad hoc tasks: facilitate privacy impact assessments, conduct data analyses, coordinate system remediations, etc.
Skills and Experience Required
- Strong communication skills; both verbally and in writing; including presentation skills (story telling), and facilitating meetings
- Demonstrated experience in task management, and project management
- Good analytical skills and use of methodologies and frameworks; agile, waterfall and SDLC
- Affinity with regulatory compliance

Other
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Master’s degree strongly preferred
