What are we looking for in our Technical Writer (SAP Training Content)?

The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is hiring a Technical Writer (SAP Training Content) for a top biotech organization near Hillsboro, OR.

Responsibilities

• Support development, maintenance, and revising of SAP (S4/HANA) training content
• SOP development and work instructions, OJT and ILT training materials, and visual aids
• Work with SMEs create/edit/maintain documents
• Track progress to ensure on-time completion to meet site timelines
• Solve complex technical writing issues following cGMP regulations and company standards

Requirements

• BA or BS degree required
• Previous experience with creating and updating documents in a technical or regulatory environment required
• Experience with SAP(S4/HANA) is required
• Advanced word processing proficiency is required
• Knowledge of document management system (Veeva QualityDocs), quality systems (Veeva OneQMS) and collaboration systems (SmartSheets, Trello) is beneficial
• Must have high attention to detail
• Must be flexible to support changing assignments and priorities
• Strong work ethic and drive

Additional Details:

• Position Type: 8+ month contract
• Pay rate range approved: $45-53/hr depending on experience

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
