Company Overview: This client is a leading construction company specializing in commercial drywall installations in the New York City market. With a commitment to excellence and a track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, we are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Drywall Project Manager to join our team.
Job Description: As a Commercial Drywall Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of commercial drywall projects throughout New York City. Working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from initial planning to project completion.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff/QuickBid (OnCenter Software) and/or Plexxis Software, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Drywall/Metal Framing Construction, either as a Project Manager or Estimator.
- Strong background in various commercial projects.
- Self-motivated, with a teachable mentality and coachable spirit.
