Job Title: Customer Support & Administrative Specialist
Location: On-site, 100 Pearl Street, Hartford, CT
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Contract Duration: November 11, 2024 – February 10, 2025 (likely to extend)
Pay Rate: $24 - $27 per hour
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support & Administrative Specialist to provide comprehensive support as a single point of contact for product return inquiries, invoice payment updates, pricing questions, and order confirmations. The role includes handling a range of clerical and administrative tasks, requiring strong customer service experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries related to product returns, invoice statuses, pricing, and order confirmations.
- Deliver multi-skilled clerical and administrative support to maintain efficient operations.
- Utilize Excel for data management and tracking purposes.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and clients via Outlook and other channels.
Qualifications:
- Proven customer service experience, with a focus on managing inquiries and providing clear updates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
