What are we looking for in our Divisional Reliability Manager ?

With a global presence and a portfolio of market-leading brands, they are poised for significant growth and impact.

We are seeking a Reliability Manager to join the team and lead the development and implementation of a robust reliability strategy across all factories within the division. Reporting to the Divisional Manufacturing Director, the successful candidate will drive a systematic approach to asset care, with the ultimate goal of achieving Zero Breakdowns at the lowest possible cost.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive reliability strategy for the division, ensuring alignment with safety standards and organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with business units to support the understanding and implementation of the reliability strategy, providing coaching and guidance to plant managers and engineering teams.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing among business units to promote best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular site-based audits to validate the quality of reliability strategy implementation and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead the development and implementation of safety standards and procedures related to maintenance activities.
  • Establish standard methodologies for equipment definition, prioritization, and maintenance workflow processes across all sites.
  • Implement maintenance information management systems and spare parts management systems to optimize asset performance.
  • Develop and mentor engineering and maintenance teams, supporting their competency assessment and improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering.
  • Extensive experience in a manufacturing environment, including leadership roles in engineering and maintenance.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing maintenance strategies to drive reliability improvements.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Capacity to drive change and implement improvements in a complex operational environment.
