What are we looking for in our Senior Provider Data Anlyst?

Location: Remote/Telecommute

Duration : 6+months

Pay : $25 - $33/ hr on w2

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary expert on provider data, addressing member inquiries related to network status, copay amounts, and other provider-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to investigate and resolve complex provider data scenarios.
• Utilize member feedback to update and enhance our provider database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct research to identify opportunities for improving the quality and reliability of our provider database.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare.
• Working understanding of provider data concepts such as NPI, Tax ID, practicing location, and specialty.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with healthcare administrative data, including claims and enrollment.
• Familiarity with clinical data domains and code sets (e.g., CPT, ICD, DRG).
