What are we looking for in our Talent Onboarding Specialist?

We are looking for an onboarding specialist who should be familiar with onboarding and checking of requirements and background check.

• Provide positive onboarding experience for all new contract hires.
• Close communication with candidates during all onboarding channels.
• Providing an overall professional and enjoyable experience for incoming contractors
• Handle all onboarding contractor inquiries throughout the onboarding process.
• Connect via phone/email daily to contractors and internal teams on status of onboarding.
• Onboarding preparation and cross-functioning collaboration with internal teams 
• Expert in I-9 Verification, I-9 Re-verification
• Problem solving skills for any arise delays in onboarding
• Experience with ATS and variety of 3rd party background vendors.
• Experience in compliance requirements audits for job requirements per job role and client requirements
• Crosschecking accurate date inputs in systems
• Providing new hires with details about their 1st day at assigned client
• Providing new hires with manuals, guidelines, timecard user and passwords, as needed.
• Organizing smooth transition from onboarding to engagement starting role at contracting client.
• Experience as an onboarding specialist or in a similar HR role.
• Experience with HR standard programs such MS Office.
• The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Good working knowledge of HR practices
