About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to be part of our dynamic sales team. This role is perfect for a self-driven, target-oriented individual who excels in business development. You will play a crucial role in driving growth by developing new accounts and managing existing relationships within the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with major customers in the DACH region.
  • Find and secure new business opportunities to grow the company's market presence.
  • Manage and support existing accounts to keep customers satisfied and loyal.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set for your territory.
  • Work with different teams to ensure a smooth experience for customers.
  • Report on sales results and predict future market opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of proven experience in account management or sales within the power supply market.
  • Technical background and extensive market knowledge, including a good understanding of competitors.
  • Ability to work independently in a home-based setting.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with a business development mindset.
  • Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time to visit clients and manage accounts.
  • Fluent in English and German.
