Marketing Coordinator

PrideNow Reynoldsburg, OH (Onsite) Full-Time



What are we looking for in our Marketing Coordinator ?

Our client, a retail company out of Reynoldsburg, OH, is looking for a hybrid Traffic Specialist / Marketing Coordinator). 

Rate Range: $20- $23.50/hour W2, Depending on experience
 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage multiple calendars and timelines to ensure a smooth and efficient project completion
  • Schedule cross functional meetings for the campaign team
  • Create, capture, and publish clear agendas, recaps, campaign decks as assigned
  • Track and document action items for accurate deliverables
  • Refine, improve, and scale marketing processes to enhance speed and quality of delivery, standardizing processes for cross-discipline and cross-functional collaboration
  • Coordinate and help maintain Seasonal and Thematic Calendars and Project Plans to ensure organizational awareness and alignment
  • Regularly attend and participate in process meetings
  • Leverage on-going learnings to evolve process efficiency for Marketing and Cross-Functional partners
  • Collaborate with Marketing partners to prioritize work, manage key projects and resolve timing or workload concerns
  • Support department leadership with special projects as required

    JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
  • 1+ years of experience with a Bachelors or Associate degree
  • Experience managing projects and timelines
  • Experience with Workfront preferred
