HRIS Implementation Lead
What are we looking for in our HRIS Implementation Lead?
We are working with a large global manufacturing client who needs to hire a HRIS implementation lead to work on the implementation of a new HRIS across all global offices.
Reporting directly to the Group Head of People Development, you'll become part of a creative and passionate team committed to fostering a culture of learning and professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of the HRIS across all Divisions, including Group Functions, by coordinating with Divisional Project Leads and the vendor as well as potential third parties.
- Manage and oversee the system implementation projects and programs, providing support on change management where necessary.
- Support Divisions in understanding project scope, approach, planning, resourcing, risk management, and delivery activities, ensuring compliance with configuration guidelines and standards.
- Ensure adherence to security measures, employee data processing protocols, system releases management, and data integrity maintenance.
- Serve as the primary contact for the vendor Project Delivery team and contribute to program decision-making forums.
- Oversee ongoing governance of HRIS processes internally in alignment with internal IT policies post-project completion.
Qualifications:
- Experience implementing a HRIS system for a large international company.
- Deep understanding of how HRIS can add value to the business.
- Very good project management capability.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in multitasking and delivering results within deadlines.
- Strong people and relationship-building skills.
- knowledge of people processes and how technology can enable business operations.
