What are we looking for in our Financial Accountant?

Position: Financial Accountant

Our client is a leading healthcare institution dedicated to providing exceptional medical care to the community. They pride themselves on their commitment to excellence and compassionate patient care. Due to the business now entering an exciting and challenging phase, we are now looking for a Financial Accountant to join our central Finance Team. You will report to the Group Financial Controller.

Key responsibilities:

• Monthly Management Accounts. Financial journals, Bank accounts reconciliation, and preparation of monthly cash position for the group.
• Support colleagues on AR/AP with monthly activities
• Weekly/monthly cash flow management
• Preparation of monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Financial analysis and projects

Qualification:

• Part-qualified/Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) or IATI Qualified.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Organized individual with strong attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Highly analytical individual with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Strong IT skills desirable. ERP system experience is essential

What’s on offer:

Salary: Base Salary - €55,000 to €65,000 + 10% Performance Bonus.
Hybrid: Flexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week. 
Based in Sandyford.
Career progression in place to Financial Controller.
