Patient Care Coordinator
What are we looking for in our Patient Care Coordinator?
A Health Service is looking to hire a Patient Care Coordinator to work ONSITE in Seattle, WA!
Contract: 3 Months
Location: Seattle, WA
Pay: $20-25/ hourly
Shift: Monday- Friday 8-4:30
Responsibilities:
- Politely and respectfully answer incoming phone calls.
- Perform patient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle referral intake processes.
Requirements:
- Experience with intake of incoming referrals.
- Proficiency in using EPIC software.
- Ability to handle fax communications.
- Experience with patient check-in and check-out processes.
