Quality System Specialist

What are we looking for in our Quality System Specialist?

The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is hiring a Quality Systems Specialist for an exciting pharmaceutical organization in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of the quality manage (QMS) program
• Oversight of eQMS records (Change Management, Deviations and CAPAs).
• Management of electronic QMS (e.g., Veeva Vault QMS) – troubleshooting issues through testing in Veeva Sandbox environment
• Review and execution of PQ scripts with Veeva Test environment
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
• 3+ years Quality Systems experience

Additional Details:

• Position Type: 6-month contract
• Pay rate range approved: $40-45/hr depending on experience

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
