The Administrative team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a top social media organization that has an opening for a Marketing Communications Manager.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm PST
Pay Rate Range: $70 - $85/hour W2, based on experience
Duration: 10 months contract

Onsite; Menlo Park, CA | New York, NY | Austin, TX

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Communications Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing communication strategies focused on clients and partners through email, webinars, and content management systems.

Responsibilities:

• Expert level knowledge in managing partner communications channels including content management systems (i.e. Highspot), email segmentation and webinar strategy.
• 6+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in a B2B setting
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing communications campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
• Experience with email marketing software, webinar platforms, and content management systems
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
