Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to work for our client in the transportation industry. Apply now for consideration!

Contract: 6 month contract

Location: Toronto, Ontario 

Pay Range: CA$25-29/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential customers, generating new business opportunities through various methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, in-person and social media outreach.
• Make 50+ outbound sales calls daily to prospects, delivering compelling sales pitches and presentations to drive interest in our products and services.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless transition to the customer success team for onboarding.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly quotas.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• New graduate or up to 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, cold calling, or a similar field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts.
• Proficiency in using technology and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Groove) to manage sales activities.
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and handle multiple
