Job Title: Sourcing Analyst/Commercial Sourcing (Beauty Category)

Location: Hybrid - 55 Water St, New York, NY 10038 (1-2 days per week in office)
W2 Contract Duration: October 7, 2024 - January 31, 2025
Pay: $28 - $31 per hour

About the Role:
We are seeking a Sourcing Analyst/Commercial Sourcing professional to support our Beauty category team (perfumes, mist, lotions, etc.) for Victoria’s Secret. This role will focus on vendor management, pricing negotiation, and supporting key sourcing activities for our $300M annual spend across 80+ global vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue, approve, and follow up on RFQs (Requests for Quotation)
• Process Tooling Authorization Forms (TAF)
• Update sourcing trackers and costing on purchase orders
• Pull costs from systems to support PCOG creation
• Assist in cross-functional meetings and cost roll preparation
• Approve to Buys (ATB) process support
• Monitor workflows for components and issue tickets to Tech Support as needed
• Manage Formula Cost Sheets and support Beauty Change Management
• Conduct weekly touch bases with the team lead, Andrew

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Sourcing, Vendor Management, or Beauty Manufacturing
• Strong communication skills for managing supplier and cross-functional relationships
• Strong analytical skills and experience in personal care or manufacturing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, Salesforce, or other ERP systems is beneficial
