Pride Health has an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist  to work within a widely respected hospital in Philadelphia, PA!

Job Description:

  • Responsible for designing and executing strategic and comprehensive talent acquisition initiatives to effectively identify, attract, qualify, recruit, hire and retain talent to meet current and projected needs of the organization.
  • Responsible for facilitating and processing internal employment transitions.
  • Establishes and maintains effective relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partner Teams by being developing an understanding of the business unit and its' needs, by being proactive, accessible and responsive, providing regularly scheduled status updates on recruitment activity and pipeline generation and maintenance.
  • Advises hiring managers on interviewing techniques, hiring processes, and guidelines including Compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Builds and maintains skill set pipelines of both active and passive candidates, ensuring pipeline provides a diverse, highly qualified, interview/selection slate.
  • Recruits and sources for actual and projected positions using traditional and creative approaches including but not limited to job postings, internet postings, advertisements, professional networking, sourcing, cold calling, data mining, attendance at job fairs, conferences, colleges and universities, attendance at professional associations and events.
  • Exhibits exceptional relationship management ability that includes the ability to communicate persuasively, build credibility, and interpret verbal and non-verbal behavior.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred Experience
  • Two (2) or more years' experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Analytical ability combined with sound practical judgment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Must be detailed oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Proficient in MS Office software applications and ability to master multiple systems/technology
