Home Care Agency is looking for a Sales Liaison.

Job Description:

  • Must understand the challenges of care options, must have a passion for customer service.  Looking for someone with established relationships with medical professionals. Will also be responsible for developing new referral sources.
  • Responsible for the generation of referrals in through the development of relationships referral sources. This can be through cold calls, pre-arranged meetings and other direct sales activities.
  • Develops relationships with case managers, social workers, physicians, attorneys, geriatric care managers.
  • Logs all activity and data on a daily basis in Salesforce.
  • Participates in weekly Case Review Meeting and Sales Call.
  • Reviews clinical charts and conducts assessment of potential clients.
  • Develops strategy and follow up efforts for targeted accounts and contacts.
    Focuses on hospitals, rehab facilities, assisted living facilities, physician practices, law firms, hospices.
  • Closely communicates all client data in a timely fashion to operations team.
  • Meets with families and/or potential clients to explain the details of our services and recommend appropriate options.

Requirements:

Five years of sales experience with a proven track record of success. Five years of experience in home care services or related field. Nursing or social work background a plus.
