Job Description

Leading wound care company seeks a registered nurse to serve as their Regional Director for New York City and Northern New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

• Manage center-level business development strategies and activities; ensure collateral materials, training materials, meeting guides, are provided to all centers, and that the center-level business development activities are measured and monitored
• Ensures the operating success of all clinics including the implementation of policies, procedures, and principles within all clinics, assists in developing operational plans and associated operating and capital budgets
• Assist openings of new centers to ensure centers open on schedule and budget.
• Oversee the daily operations, developing and implementing the structure and processes necessary to manage business units in the region.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Registered Nurse
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in an acute care setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
