PRIDE Health has an immediate opening for a Patient Access Manager to join a local healthcare facility in Minneapolis, MN! This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a leading organization, while gaining administrative experience in a fast-paced environment. 

Overview

• This role will offer full-time daytime hours during the week. May include weekend coverage, as needed. Position is for a 3+ month-long contract with the potential for hire!
• Patient Access Manager will oversee and direct the patient registration procedures across clinics, ensuring quality and accuracy. 
• Patient Access Manager also oversee the daily operations of the clinics, including budget and staff planning, revenue cycle procedures, etc.  
• Patient Access Manager collaborate across department to ensure company initiatives/standards are being met. 

Requirements

• Must have High School Diploma or GED. Secondary education is preferred.  
• Must have experience working with EPIC software.
• Must have proven leadership skills, attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and strong communication skills.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory/management role, in a patient registration setting. 
• Must have previous experience with patient registration procedures and revenue cycle processes.
