Job Description

Office Manager

Work with the supportive housing program to provide administrative support to the Licensed Master Social Worker and the Program Director. 

Responsible for general office duties including:  maintenance of records, payroll ordering of supplies, and calendar management. 

Will be a liaison between the Finance staff and the Material Management staff for ordering and invoice payments. 


High School diploma/GED and/or college degree preferred. 

Supportive Housing experience a plus as well as experience dealing with the homeless adult population.

Excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Excellent time management and communication skills both verbal and written;

Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment.
