Job Description

  • Provide Executive Administrative Support to the CEO
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite
  • Responsible for correspondence, proposals, presentations, spreadsheets and reports
  • Responsible for the completion of filing, and the handling of telephone calls
  • Receives and screens customers and telephone calls.
  • Uses independent judgement to determine priority and sensitivity of inquiries and responses.
  • Provide advice and recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Prepares and/or supervises the preparation of correspondence, forms, reports and other written communication as required.
  • Schedules/Coordinates meetings, conferences, special events, appointments and travel arrangements. Maintains assigned calendar(s).
  • ¬†Originates, prepares, processes and edits personnel, financial or operational reports and documents. Provide supervision /oversight to other executive assistants as required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Executive level Admin Support
  • Skilled with Outlook and Excel
