State-of-the art outpatient surgery center located in the Upper East Side, has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Director of Nursing. 

Responsibilities include:

• Daily clinical staffing and efficient flow of patients through the endoscopy experience.
• Recruit, hire, train and assist in evaluating all clinical personnel.
• Direct supervision of clinical staff in the center.
• Compliance with all clinical policies and procedures.
• Responsible for the agendas, meeting formats, and minutes for multiple committees, including but not limited to:  Quality Assurance, Infection Control and Peer Review.
• Monitoring all procedure area purchases, assisting with the preparation of annual budget in conjunction with the Administrator and Medical Directors.
• Organizing and managing all paperwork and studies necessary for continued certification and accreditation.
• Strong focus on quality of care and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse
• Minimum of two years progressive leadership experience
• ASC experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree
