Job Description

We are looking for a Corporate Compliance Director at a leading not for profit social service organization in Manhattan. The Director would oversee the Corporate Compliance Department, reviewing and evaluating compliance issues/concerns; coordinating with management and staff to enable the agency to achieve compliance.

The role requires the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree is preferred
  • Nationally recognized certification in compliance
  • Knowledge of OPWDD/OMH/OCFS/ACS/OCFS regulations; OMH and OPWDD approved Incident Special Investigations Training for Justice Center reportable incidents preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years’ of experience in issues of Corporate Compliance or Program Management; 5 years of related experience, such as quality assurance and/or auditing
