Job Description

Organization is looking for an Administrative Assistant.

Provide hands on support for Chief Operating Officer, Managing Attorney and two Vice Presidents of Administration. Report to the Executive Assistant.

Organize and coordinate meetings which include Senior Level Executives.

Act as a liaison for residents/families by monitoring and managing all grievances for the facility in conjunction with the Grievance Officer.

Prepare facility for the Annual NYS Department of Health Annual Recertification Survey including obtaining all necessary documentation and ensuring that all staff are informed and ready for Survey, assist in creating, submitting and implementing Plan of Corrections.

Associate’s Degree with 5+ years of Administrative Office work experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years Administrative Office work experience preferably in the Healthcare field. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, predominantly in Outlook and have impeccable/professional verbal and written skills. Hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm.
