Campaigns Operations Manager
What are we looking for in our Campaigns Operations Manager ?
Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Campaigns Operations Manager to work for our client in the app technology industry. Apply now for consideration!
Contract: 3 months with possible extension!
Location: REMOTE
Pay Range: $40-44/hr depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute advertiser campaigns for timely and accurate launches.
- Optimize budget spend and keywords based on daily alerts.
- Manage and troubleshoot day-to-day campaign issues for clients.
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure accurate campaign briefs in Salesforce.
- Coordinate with Finance and 3rd party partners to ensure successful invoicing.
- Track progress against key business metrics (sales volume, AOV impact, attachment rate).
- Streamline processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in Ad Tech or Ad Campaign Operations (supporting Account Management, Sales, or Product/Engineering).
- Exceptional analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets); SQL skills are a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and priorities.
- Strong track record in leading projects and achieving business goals.
- Process-driven with a keen eye for operational improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
