Senior Data Analyst
What are we looking for in our Senior Data Analyst?
Location: San Jose CA
Pay Rate: $50 to $55 an hour
Duration: 7+ Month
Responsibilities:
1.Partner with product and business teams to understand requirements and KPIs.
2.Support regular ad-hoc data querying and in-depth analyses to better understand customer behavior.
3.Support teams in running growth programs and A/b tests through analyzing results and communicating insights.
4.Conduct exploratory data analysis to answer business questions that help inform decision-making.
5.Slice and dice data sets through various dimensions to generate meaningful reports, insights and diagnostics.
Skills:
- Strong SQL skills and experience working on Hive/Hadoop/Cloud.
- Basic understanding of statistics, and prior experience with A/b testing preferred
- 4+ years of prior experience in similar BI & Analytics roles.
- Experience working with Tableau and building dashboards for reporting.
- Good communication skills - ability to communicate business insights from data to stakeholders effectively.
