What are we looking for in our Project Manager?
Job Title: Technical Project Manager - Client Data Transformation
Location: New York, NY (Remote)
Project Duration: Until 9/30/24 - W2 contract
Pay Range: $70 - $80 / hr
Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Technical Project Manager to join our team for a large-scale project focused on client data transformation. This project aims to unlock cross-sell potential, improve customer and employee experience, and enhance reporting and analytics through effective management of client data. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience with Salesforce, with Monday.com experience considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Coordinate and manage project team members and resources, assigning tasks and responsibilities as needed.
- Communicate project progress, status updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables, proactively addressing any deviations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with Salesforce is required.
- Experience with Monday.com is considered a plus but not necessary.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of successfully managing technical projects from initiation to completion.
