Are you detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills? Join our team as an Account Opening Support Specialist within Asset & Wealth Management. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and compliant opening of client accounts, while also providing crucial support to our operational processes.
Title: Account Opening Support Specialist - Asset & Wealth Management

Pay Rate: $21.63/hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve pending client requests, ensuring adherence to policy requirements and proper authorization.
- Coordinate and process team-specific tasks in alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct quality reviews of completed work by team members to maintain data accuracy.
- Collaborate across multiple systems and platforms to facilitate seamless operations.
- Interface with various teams and business units to resolve ongoing issues and address policy inquiries.
- Provide support and contribute to special projects as assigned.
- Apply sound judgment to identify and escalate unusual or suspicious activities as per protocol.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
